How do credits work?
Pro users get 100 credits per month. Each tool costs 1-3 credits per use based on complexity: simple tools (Diagram, Chat) cost 1 credit, medium tools (Cost, Tolerance) cost 2 credits, and complex tools (DFM, FMEA, Copilot) cost 3 credits. Unused credits roll over for one month.
What's included in Free?
Free gives you access to all 12+ tools with fixed monthly limits per tool. Exports are PNG only with watermark. It's perfect for trying out the platform and small projects. Desktop Copilot requires Pro or higher.
Why is Desktop Copilot Pro-only?
Desktop Copilot requires significant compute resources for screen capture analysis and STEP file processing. Pro users get 50 captures/month (3 credits each), and Enterprise users get unlimited access plus future CAD plugins for Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and Inventor.
Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes! We offer a 7-day free trial of Pro with 50 credits to test. No credit card required to start. If you decide Pro is right for you, upgrade and get the full 100 credits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing comes with 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). That's $490/year for Pro instead of $588. Enterprise annual plans are customized based on your team size.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you use all your credits, you can either wait until next month (credits reset on billing date), purchase a credit top-up pack, or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited usage.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never use customer designs to train our AI models. Enterprise plans include additional security options like SSO, audit logs, and on-premise deployment.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
